Maple Center
The Maple Center is a versatile, two-story meeting facility ideal for mid-sized groups. Featuring an Upper and Lower level connected by an open spiral staircase, this space is rented as a single unit, allowing your team to spread out while staying connected. The dual-level layout is perfect for groups that need a main session space on one floor and breakout discussions or crafts on the other. While it can be booked independently, it is conveniently located next to Dogwood Dorm, making it the perfect dedicated meeting hub for youth camps staying nearby. (Max Capacity 100)
Boyd Memorial Pavilion
Enjoy the fresh air in our large open-air Pavilion. With a large seating capacity, this covered shelter is the premier spot for summer picnics, family reunions, and outdoor worship services. It offers protection from the sun and rain while keeping you connected to the beautiful wooded surroundings. Picnic tables are provided. (Max 200)
Cormany Chapel
The Chapel provides an intimate, distraction-free environment for worship and teaching. With a seating capacity of 65, it is the perfect size for small church groups, youth bands, or morning devotionals. The space features flexible chair seating and a simple front layout, offering a rustic, acoustic-friendly setting for connection and prayer.
Cherry Lodge Meeting Room
For groups staying overnight in Cherry Lodge (or those wanting to rent the lodge for the meeting space), the built-in meeting room offers the ultimate convenience. There is no need to walk across campus for your evening session—you can move seamlessly from lodging to leadership meetings. This spacious room serves as an excellent private hub for your team to debrief, pray, or plan the next day's activities. (Max 170)
Cherry Lodge Deck
Situated on the backside of Cherry Lodge, this expansive synthetic wood deck offers one of the most scenic gathering spots on campus. Overlooking the ravine, it provides a peaceful, elevated backdrop for nature observation and fellowship. With a generous capacity of 150 guests, this space is large enough to host outdoor worship services, group mixers, or open-air receptions, all while keeping your group connected to the comfort of the lodge.
Pine Lodge Meeting Room
The Pine Lodge Meeting Room creates a warm, intimate environment ideal for leadership retreats, board meetings, or small group discussions. With a capacity of 35 guests, the space features multiple seating areas that allow your group to break out or gather together comfortably. The room centers around a cozy fireplace, anchored by a distinctive cross containing wood inlays from the Holy Lands, providing a powerful and meaningful focal point for your time of worship and reflection.
Beechwood Dining Hall
The Beechwood Dining Hall is a versatile multi-purpose facility that adapts to your group's schedule. Featuring a moveable divider wall, the hall can be split into two separate rooms—perfect for hosting a meeting on one side while keeping the other clear, or for running two simultaneous breakout sessions. When fully opened, the hall accommodates 200 guests with tables or up to 250 guests with theater-style chair seating."
"Important Note: While the hall is available for meeting rentals, the commercial kitchen is not available for guest use. Due to our food service license, no outside food or catering is permitted in the Dining Hall. If your event requires meals or snacks in this building, they must be provided by Inspiration Hills.
