Every lunch and dinner includes access to our fresh salad bar, ensuring healthy and lighter options are always available alongside our main entrees.
Navigating Dietary Needs
We take food safety seriously. Our kitchen staff is trained to safely prepare meals for guests with gluten, dairy, and nut sensitivities. While we serve buffet-style, we can prepare separate plated meals for guests with severe allergies when notified two weeks in advance. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your registration or health forms.
Snacks & Coffee
We know that coffee is essential for a great retreat. A fresh coffee and hot beverage station is always available in the Dining Hall at no extra cost for your group to enjoy throughout the day. For late-night cravings or meeting breaks, we offer a variety of snack packages (fruit trays, s'mores kits, and cheese platters) available for purchase to enhance your stay.
