The position of Camp Counselor is vital to the camp experience; the Counselor will be present during many of camper’s most teachable moments and when campers are at their most vulnerable life changing moments. A Camp Counselor is selected to be a servant/host to those who attend camp, and are not to take away from the camp experience by placing their needs above those of the camper. The Lifeguard plays a vital role in keeping our campers safe while they enjoy the lake. Responsibilities include actively watching over swimming and boating activities, helping campers with life jackets and equipment, and keeping the beach area clean and safe. We are looking for individuals who can stay alert and focused while creating a fun, welcoming environment at the waterfront. (Lifeguard certification or ability to attain it required)

The Summer Program Manager drives the energy and execution of the camp experience. This leadership role involves planning and facilitating daily activities, games, and evening events to ensure the schedule runs smoothly. You will serve as the 'Master of Ceremonies' for large group gatherings, support the counseling staff, and ensure that every activity—from the low ropes to the campfire—creates an environment where campers can connect with Christ and each other. We are looking for a high-energy, organized leader with a passion for youth ministry.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our facilities team. This role is essential to our ministry of hospitality, ensuring that every guest enters a clean, welcoming, and distraction-free environment. Responsibilities include cleaning cabins, lodges, and meeting spaces between groups (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, trash removal). This is a flexible, year-round position with hours varying based on our rental schedule—perfect for someone looking for supplemental income while serving the ministry.

The Food Service Worker is a hands-on support role essential to keeping our campers and guests fueled. Working alongside our Certified Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Assistants, you will assist with meal preparation, serving on the food line, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area (including dishwashing and sanitation). No prior certification is required—just a willingness to learn food safety standards, follow instructions, and serve others with a positive attitude.
